We were both born and raised in San Francisco and to us, the Bay Area will always be home. We met in the 1st grade (just like in the movies!) and are the lucky parents to three incredibly curious and enthusiastic boys (ages 11, 7 and 6). Our family is what motivates us day in and day out.
Leo Peak is a Martinez based REALTOR® and Founder of Peak Family Real Estate Group, serving homeowners and buyers throughout Martinez, the East Bay and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Leo has spent his entire life in the Bay Area and brings more than 18 years of real estate experience helping clients navigate complex and competitive markets with clarity, confidence and care. After years of working extensively in San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley, Leo and his family proudly made Martinez home over four years ago, which they consider one of the best decisions they’ve made for both family life and long-term community connection.
Leo and his wife who he met in first grade (just like in the movies!) are raising three energetic, curious boys and are active members of their Martinez community. From school-aged family life and neighborhood connections to the balance and calm that come with living here, Leo understands firsthand what makes Martinez such a special place to call home, especially for families seeking stability, connection and quality of life.

Jennifer Peak leads marketing for Peak Family Real Estate Group, bringing more than 18 years of experience in real estate and marketing, with an extensive background in residential real estate, new development and large-scale industry events.
Much of Jen’s career has been spent behind the scenes, building thoughtful marketing strategies, shaping brand stories and helping real estate projects stand out in competitive markets. She has worked extensively on marketing for new residential developments throughout the East Bay, supporting projects that collectively represented over $1 billion in sales. Her experience spans everything from early positioning and launch strategy to buyer-facing campaigns and on-the-ground execution.
Jen also spent years planning and executing large-scale real estate conferences and events for Inman, one of the industry’s leading media platforms for real estate innovation. Working on events with thousands of attendees and many of the top minds in real estate and technology gave her a unique perspective on where the industry is headed and what truly resonates with today’s buyers and sellers.
At Peak Family Real Estate Group, Jen applies this experience to support the business from a strategic and marketing standpoint. She focuses on helping listings stand out through clear storytelling, smart positioning and modern marketing tools. She makes sure every client experience feels thoughtful, organized and human.
Outside of work, Jen is a proud mom of three boys and a firm believer that family always comes first. Much of what drives her professionally is rooted in real life: juggling busy schedules, showing up for school and sports and understanding how important it is for a home and community to truly support a family’s lifestyle. As a San Francisco native, lifelong Bay Area resident and proud Martinez homeowner, she brings both professional insight and personal perspective to everything she does.
